1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only accepted within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in original condition, showing no signs of use or damage.
2.Return Process: If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria, please contact our customer service team at sales@procutppfkits.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
3.Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us securely.
4.Refund Issuance: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5.Non-refundable Items: Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria (such as those that have been used, or damaged) are not eligible for a refund.
